ABOUT ME v0.6 Last updated 14/01/10
I am a second-year CS co-op student at the University of Waterloo in Canada, and so far
I have spent two terms working at Autodesk, and
one for BiblioCommons, both in Toronto.
I am currently in the middle of an internship with Mozilla
in Auckland, NZ. Naturally this website is completely unaffialiated with any party except
myself, and the opinions expressed herein are solely my own.
I've contributed code towards a variety of open source projects, including:
- Electrolysis, modifying Mozilla Firefox to run in multiple processes
- fheroes2, recreating the game Heroes of Might and Magic II

- c-repl, a read-eval-print-loop for C
- MegaZeux, a game creation system

- Code::Blocks, a C/C++ IDE
- cbt, a portable IRC bot in ANSI C
- libzzt, implementing ZZT in ANSI C
- Disable Forum Attachment Targets,
a greasemonkey script
- hotwire, a shell replacement
- ffmpeg, a portable A/V library
I also sing in the Water Boys (an all-male acapella choir),
play timpani in the Waterloo orchestra, a djembe in the
Reuben St. Louis band, and guitar in my down time.
Furthermore, I am currently taking harp and tap lessons, and I have joined the
Christ Church Deer Park choir.
Finally, I was the 1st place winner in the 2007
Dorothy Shoemaker Literary Awards
for both the poetry and prose categories.
